\nDelivery Information<\/strong>
\nLocal Deliveries<\/strong> will be delivered by ourselves with our Hiab Lorry which can deliver on driveways and over fences etc. This lorry can deliver up to 10 – 12 Pallets
\nPlease see below for all other deliveries<\/strong>
\nNationwide (Non Local)Large orders<\/strong> will be pallet delivery. Delivery is by Pallex and shall be subject to access free from obstacles and good roads being available for the delivery vehicles to the point of delivery.
\nPlease leave telephone number for the courier with address when purchasing and a note of which day is best for delivery as the person accepting the order must be at the address at the time of delivery. Please note the earliest delivery can be made within 2-3 day after purchase.
\nDeliveries are made on large tail lift offload articulated\/ridged vehicles (not crane offload), with manually operated pump trucks placing the pallet as near to your property as is deemed safe. Delivery and off-load can only be made if there is suitable access and a flat level surface, free of gravel \/ uneven paving etc.
\nThe driver will offload the pallets as near to where you require it subject to it being safe to do so. If the ground is unsuitable, pallets may be left on the roadside\/kerbside at the driver\u2019s discretion.
\nUndelivered orders will incur a re-delivery charge if due to poor access or missed delivery. It is the customers\u2019 responsibility to inform the company if there may be an access problem, and suggest an alternative site for offload.
\nThe company will not accept any liability for damages to property caused during delivery whereby the customer has instructed drivers or have made requests for goods to be placed anywhere other than on the kerbside. Where a delivery cannot be made on the due date as a consequence to access issues we will attempt a re-delivery at your request \u2013 an additional delivery charge will apply.
\nThe delivery vehicles must be able to park in an area where the delivery is to be made; they cannot park in any restricted areas or in restricted parking zones. If a kerbside delivery has been made it is the customer\u2019s responsibility to move the product from the place of delivery to the place required.
