4. Prices

Unless stated otherwise, prices shown on the website are exclusive of VAT.

VAT will be added at checkout where applicable.

We reserve the right to update prices at any time. If a pricing error is found after you place an order, we will contact you before processing the order.

5. Orders

When you place an order through the website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected goods.

An order is only accepted once we confirm it or begin processing it.

We may refuse or cancel an order if:

  • a product is unavailable
  • pricing or product information is incorrect
  • delivery cannot be arranged
  • payment is not authorised
  • the order appears fraudulent or incorrect
  • the delivery address is outside our service area
  • the order requires a custom delivery quote

6. Payment

Payment must be made using the payment options available at checkout.

Orders will not usually be processed until payment has been received or otherwise agreed.

If payment fails, is reversed or is declined, we may cancel the order.

7. Delivery

Delivery options and charges are shown at checkout where available.

Delivery availability depends on:

  • product type
  • order quantity
  • delivery address
  • vehicle access
  • delivery method
  • stock availability

Some deliveries may require HIAB, loose load, Pallex, Parcel Force or another delivery method.

Orders over certain quantities or weights may require an individual delivery quote. If this applies, we will contact you before confirming delivery.

8. Delivery access

You are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address is suitable and safe for delivery.

This includes ensuring:

  • suitable vehicle access
  • enough space for unloading
  • safe ground conditions
  • no low bridges, narrow lanes, weak surfaces or access restrictions
  • someone is available if required
  • delivery instructions are provided before delivery

If delivery cannot be completed because access is unsuitable, unsafe or unavailable, additional charges may apply for redelivery, waiting time, return transport or cancellation.

9. Loose loads, bulk bags and heavy goods

Loose loads, bulk bags and heavy goods require suitable access and unloading space.

Loose materials are usually tipped at the nearest safe and practical location. We cannot guarantee exact placement.

Bulk bags, pallets and heavy goods may be delivered kerbside or to the nearest safe accessible point, depending on the vehicle and delivery method.

Once loose materials have been tipped or goods have been unloaded, they may not be suitable for return unless faulty or not as described.

10. Local collection

Where local collection is offered, orders must be collected from the agreed collection location.

Please wait for confirmation before collecting your order.

You are responsible for ensuring your vehicle is suitable for collecting and transporting the goods safely.

11. Cancellations and returns

Your cancellation and return rights are explained in our Refund Policy.

Some goods may not be suitable for return once used, mixed, laid, tipped, opened, damaged after delivery or supplied to a custom specification.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

12. Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

Please inspect goods as soon as possible after delivery or collection.

If goods are faulty, damaged, missing or incorrect, contact us promptly with:

  • your order number
  • details of the issue
  • photographs where relevant

Where a fault or error is confirmed, we may offer a replacement, refund, repair or another appropriate solution.
